The Wallace Parks and Recreation Department offers both Flag Football and Tackle Football for the youth of our community. Flag Football is open to both boys and girls ages 6-8 years old. Flag football playing age is of September 1 of the current year.

The Wallace Parks and Recreation Department is a founding member of the Duplin County Youth Football League. This highly competitive tackle football league consists of teams from Duplin, Jones and Pender Counties. Age groups for tackle football are 9-10 and 11-12 years of age. Playing age for tackle football is of May 1 of the current year.
