Aquafina Pitch Hit and Run Competition, April 2

Pitch Hit and Run is intended to encourage youth participation and emphasize the FUN element of baseball competition. This competition is open to all boys and girls ages 7-14 as of July 17, 2011. There is no fee to compete in this event. Participants will compete in three important aspects of baseball/softball: pitching, hitting and running. The champion in each age group for each aspect, and an all-around champion, will advance to a sectional competition for a chance to compete for the national championship.

This event will be on Saturday, April 2 at Art Meyer Field in Wallace. Registration will be at 9:30 a.m. and the competition will start at 10:00 a.m.

British Soccer Camp
, July 11-15

Challenger Sports' British Soccer Camp is the most popular soccer camp in the country. Hundreds of Challenger coaches each year have helped the company develop one of the most innovative approaches to coaching youth soccer in the U.S.

Each day includes individual foot skills, technical drills, tactical practices, small-sided games, coached scrimmages, and a daily tournament. Equally important, the Challenger coaching staff provides your child with lessons in respect, responsibility, integrity, sportsmanship and leadership.
